If your company requires a Purchase Order for payment, we must receive the Purchase Order Number prior to your event's delivery date. All accounts will be invoiced. New Clients will be required to pay Cash or Check for their first-time order upon delivery of goods. Residential: All events require at least 2 weeks notice for bookings. Of course, if you are set on a particular date, always book in advance to insure date is reserved. A 20% deposit is required in order to book your event and hold your date. Balance is expected at the time of delivery of all goods. Final headcounts are due 8 days prior to your event. An increase in headcount is acceptable 3 days prior to event. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests in addition to funeral repasts.
BBQ Picnic bookings require at least 4 weeks notice
Corporate: Cancellations will be accepted 72 hours prior to event for hot buffets and 48 hours prior to event for cold buffets.
Barbecue Raindate Policy
A 72 hour notice is required to postpone to a rain date. Actual rain date must be determined upon booking and must be mutually agreed upon between all parties involved. There is a $250 surcharge for Rain Dates, unless other arrangements have been discussed.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Administrative fees apply for all credit card transactions.

All packages include: There is no deposit or extra charge for use of our chafing sets. We will deliver and set up all foods and return to pick up our equipment on an agreed upon date. You are more than welcome to pick up your own food and equipment and return to our office after event is over. A deposit on equipment will be due upon pickup which will be reimbursed when you return our belongings. |
